August 2-9, 2024 – Teacher Pre-Planning Days

Before students return to the classroom, teachers spend these days preparing for the new school year. This time includes setting up classrooms, refining lesson plans, and participating in professional development to ensure they’re ready to provide quality instruction from day one.

August 12, 2024 – First Day of School

Students officially kick off the 2024-2025 academic year! This day is filled with excitement as students reunite with friends, meet new teachers, and settle into their classes.

August 16, 23, and 30, 2024 – Early Release Days

The first three Fridays of the school year are early release days, allowing time for teachers to plan, collaborate, and analyze student progress. These afternoons are essential for maintaining high-quality instruction throughout the year.

September 2, 2024 – Labor Day (Holiday)
